 Chardonnay Butter Sauce

 

This is a terrific sauce for salmon...
 

½ cup 

 

artichoke hearts, diced

 

¼ tsp 

 

salt

 

3 Tbs 

 

chardonnay

 

½ cup 

 

heavy whipping cream

 

2 tsp 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

2 tsp 

 

butter

 

2 tsp 

 

freshly chopped parsley

 

 

Cook above ingredients over medium-heat until slightly thickened. Serve over cooked salmon.
