ADD LATER: |

Combine the
"simmer" ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring
to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20
minutes. |

Add
additional ingredients, bring to a boil again
and simmer for 2 minutes. Let cool. |

Remove about
¾ cup of the sauce and refrigerate separately.
Drench chicken in sauce and marinade overnight,
if possible. |

Preheat oven
to 375 degrees F. Place chicken in pan, cover
with foil, and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. |

Place
chicken on hot grill to brown. Baste with
reserved sauce that was set aside. |
