yellow onions, chopped |

garlic, minced |

Brown meat
in butter. Add onions until browned, then add
garlic, salt and pepper. |

mixture into large pot (or crock pot). Add other
spices and all other ingredients. Cook 3 hours
over low heat. |

*This recipe makes a
lot, and this sauce freezes well. Freeze in separate
containers so you can use it in different recipes! |
