 Baked Parmesan Rice

 

Easy side dish with a delicious taste...
 

3 cups 

 

cooked rice

 

¼ cup 

 

green onions, chopped

 

1½ cups 

 

large curd cottage cheese

 

¼ tsp 

 

garlic salt

 

1 cup 

 

sour cream

 

¼ cup 

 

milk

 

½ tsp 

 

salt

 

1 Tbs 

 

chopped parsley

 

¾ cup 

 

grated Parmesan cheese

 

 

 

paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 1½ quart casserole dish.

Combine all ingredients but Parmesan and paprika. Mix well and pour into prepared dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 25 minutes.
