French Fried Potato Casserole
 

 French Fried Potato Casserole

 

A quick dish that the kids will love...
 

20 oz 

 

package frozen french fries

 

¼ cup 

 

butter, softened

 

1 medium 

 

onion, chopped

 

2 Tbs 

 

dried parsley flakes

 

1 tsp 

 

salt

 

½ tsp 

 

pepper

 

10½ oz 

 

can cream of mushroom soup

 

1 cup 

 

milk

 

¾ cup 

 

grated sharp Cheddar cheese

 

 

 

paprika

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place potatoes in buttered 9x13" dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper on potatoes.

Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and bake for one hour.

 

Servings: 8
