minced fresh orange peel |
|
|

dried rubbed sage |

fresh ground pepper |

potatoes (about 18oz. total), each cut
into 8 wedges |

Preheat oven
to 425 degrees F. |

In a medium
bowl, mix olive oil, minced orange peel, sage
and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Season with salt. |

Transfer
potatoes to baking sheet, spacing apart. Bake
until crisp and brown, turning once, about 40
minutes. |

Divide among
plates and serve. |
