Orange Roasted Potatoes
 

 Orange Roasted Potatoes

 

Easy, flavorful recipe from Bon Appetit, February 1993...
 

2 tsp 

 

extra-virgin olive oil

 

1 tsp 

 

minced fresh orange peel

 

½ tsp 

 

dried rubbed sage

 

¼ tsp 

 

fresh ground pepper

 

3 medium 

 

red potatoes (about 18oz. total), each cut into 8 wedges

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, minced orange peel, sage and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt.

Transfer potatoes to baking sheet, spacing apart. Bake until crisp and brown, turning once, about 40 minutes.

Divide among plates and serve.
