rice, uncooked

finely chopped onion

finely chopped carrots

finely chopped celery

butter

fresh sliced mushrooms

salt

dried sage

Tbs
dried thyme

Tbs
dried savory

Cook wild
rice according to package directions. Set aside
and keep warm.

Meanwhile,
in saucepan, cook onion, carrot and celery in
butter until tender but not brown. Add remaining
ingredients. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes
until well seasoned. Add to wild rice; mix
thoroughly.
