condensed tomato soup |

Soak wild
rice for 3-4 hours. Follow directions to cook
rice, and cook until almost done. Drain and set
aside. |

Brown meat,
add onion, pepper and celery seed. Add soup and
water. Add cooked rice, sugar, chili powder and
salt to taste. |

Pour into a
baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. |
