rice, rinsed well |

chicken broth |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease lidded
casserole dish. |

Brown
onions, mushrooms and almonds lightly in butter.
Add to uncooked rice and chicken broth. Pour
into prepared dish. |

hours, until rice has absorbed all liquid. |
