Roasted Asparagus
A super- easy
side dish...

asparagus

olive oil

Tbs
balsamic vinegar

kosher salt

bottled minced garlic

freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven
to 425°F.

Snap off
rough ends of asparagus. Place in a jelly- roll
pan. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar;
sprinkle with salt, garlic, and pepper, tossing
to coat.
