Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

 

A super- easy side dish...

asparagus

 

1 Tbs 

 

olive oil

 

1 Tbs 

 

balsamic vinegar

 

½ tsp 

 

kosher salt

 

½ tsp 

 

bottled minced garlic

 

¼ tsp 

 

freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Snap off rough ends of asparagus. Place in a jelly- roll pan. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar; sprinkle with salt, garlic, and pepper, tossing to coat.

Bake for 10 minutes, turning once.
