Glazed Carrots

 

Sweet and delicious...
 

1 lb 

 

baby carrots

 

3 Tbs 

 

butter

 

1 Tbs 

 

brown sugar

 

1 Tbs 

 

orange juice

 

 

Place the carrots in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Add butter, sugar and orange juice. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until the butter melts. Toss to coat evenly and serve.
