Oven- Roasted Green Beans

 

This easy side-dish adds color to the meal, and accompanies a turkey dinner wonderfully...
 

2 lbs 

 

fresh green beans, trimmed

 

4 tsp 

 

extra virgin olive oil

 

1 tsp 

 

sea salt

 

½ tsp 

 

freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Place a jelly-roll pan in oven for 10 minutes.

Place beans in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on pre-heated baking sheet.

Bake at 425° F. for 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
