Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. |

Cut tomatoes
in half horizontally. Scoop out pulp from each
tomato half (save shells). Discard the seeds and
chop up the pulp. |

In medium
bowl, mix pulp and remaining ingredients. Blend
together well. |

Spoon
mixture into tomato shells and place in 13x9"
dish. Bake for 15 minutes. |
