Deviled Beets

 

Looking for a nice, chilled side dish that isn't the same-old, same-old? These beets have a tangy, delicious flavor...
 

1 Tbs 

 

margarine

 

¼ tsp 

 

dry mustard

 

¼ tsp 

 

ground cloves

 

2 Tbs 

 

cider vinegar

 

1 Tbs 

 

brown sugar

 

½ tsp 

 

paprika

 

1 tsp 

 

worcestershire sauce

 

3 cups 

 

diced, cooked beets

Toss cooked beets with all ingredients.

Let marinate, and refrigerate until chilled.
