fresh haricot verts, washed and trimmed |

olive oil |

bell pepper, seeded and diced |

In large
pot, place haricot verts into boiling water and
cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold
water. |

Heat oil in
large sauté pan over medium heat. Add peppers
and sauté until tender (about 3 minutes). Add
butter and garlic- stir for 1 minute. Add
haricot verts and sauté until heated. Mix in
nuts and season with salt and pepper. |
