sauce |

Trim ends
from beans and cut in half. |

In 3 quart
saucepan, boil beans and simmer 5-10 min. Drain
and return beans to saucepan. Meanwhile, in
small saucepan over medium heat, toast sesame
seeds until golden brown, stirring and shaking
saucepan frequently. Remove from heat |

Add soy
sauce and oil to beans. Over low heat, cook
beans about 10 min. longer to blend flavors,
stirring frequently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
and serve warm. |
