I just love these kinds of liqueurs in baked goods. The flavors always make things a bit richer. I’ve been known to enjoy them without baked goods as well.

I have yet to make Irish soda bread. I need to get on that. I’m not a huge raisin fan so I definitely love the addition of the cherries here. Those, I love.
