- ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ cup Mexican beer (like Corona or Dos Equis)
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
