Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting


One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups powdered sugar (more or less)
5 to 6 tablespoons whipping cream
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and butter together. Beat in vanilla. Add powdered sugar a cup at a time- alternating with Tablespoons of cream and 1/4 cups of cocoa. Use up all of the cocoa, and continue to add sugar and cream until you reach the consistency you desire.
