Spiced Honey Butter
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Scrape the spiced honey butter into a small dish for serving. It can be covered and refrigerated, but bring to room temperature before serving.
- If you are preparing this recipe as gluten-free, just be sure to use a brand of honey that is known to be free of gluten.
