In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, green onions, breadcrumbs, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal patties.
Preheat the grill. Grill the burgers until desired doneness.
MAKE THE SAUCE:
In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice and soy sauce. Let it simmer until reduced by half. Whisk in the butter and cilantro.
