cubed seedless watermelon

sparkling water,
chilled

white rum

frozen limeade concentrate,
thawed

chopped fresh mint
fresh mint and lime wedges,
for garnish
Instructions
Freeze watermelon in a single layer on a baking sheet (2 hours, or until frozen).
Combine frozen watermelon, water, rum, limeade and mint in a blender, and blend until smooth. Mixture will be slushy.
Spoon into glasses and garnish with mint and lime slices, if desired.
