Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

cup (1 stick)
butter,
melted

Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder

powdered sugar

milk

vanilla extract
Instructions
Pour melted butter into a medium bowl and stir in cocoa.
Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating with an electric mixer to spreading consistency. Add small amount of additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla.
Notes
This frosting pipes well onto cupcakes or cake.
