In a medium bowl, use a rubber spatula to cream the cream cheese. Stir in the pickles, yogurt, pickle juice, dill and garlic until well combined. Add cayenne pepper, to taste- just a dash or two.
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, and garnish with more pickles and fresh dill. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
