In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the wire whisk attachment, whip the goat cheese and ricotta together on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until light and airy. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper, and whip again for another minute.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or platter and garnish with a generous drizzle of honey, lemon zest, salt and black pepper.
