Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 5x8-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the bananas, sugars, butter, egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir just until the flour is incorporated. Stir in the chips, reserving a few for the top.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the reserved chips on top of the batter. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn the loaf onto a rack to cool completely.
Notes
Sub ½ whole wheat flour if you'd like.
Use any flavor chip that you wish, but the cinnamon chips are quite delicious! They can sometimes be found at Target or Walmart, and they for sure can be found online.
