Canadian bacon roast

tablespoons
honey

tablespoon
soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Rinse the bacon roast and pat dry. Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the roast. Place on roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
In small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce. Brush mixture evenly over roast.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until thermometer registers 140 degrees F. Cut into thin slices and serve.
