Rub the rims of two martini glasses with agave nectar. Mix sugar and pie spice on a small plate and dip the wet rims into the sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add almond milk, rum, pumpkin, egg whites, agave, pie spice and nutmeg. Put the lid on the shaker and shake several times.
Remove the lid and strain the cocktail into the two glasses. Sprinkle each drink with a little more nutmeg. Serve immediately.
