Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil, and sprinkle each fillet lightly with garlic powder, salt and pepper
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer, and air fry until cooked through: 7 to 9 minutes. If your salmon is thicker, it may take a couple more minutes.
PREPARE THE SAUCE:
In a small saucepan, combine all of the sauce ingredients. Simmer until hot, about 5 minutes.
SERVE:
Serve the salmon fillets topped with a couple spoonfuls of the sauce.
