Preheat the oven to 350℉, and place the rack in the center. Spray a 13x9-inch pyrex pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine the brown sugar and butter. Then whisk in the eggs, vanilla and bourbon. Stir the flour mixture into the batter. Then stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.
Spread the batter in the pan, and sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until golden and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let the blondies cool at room temperature for about one hour. Brush another tablespoon of bourbon on top. Cut into squares, and serve.
