Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and mix (save a few chopped green onions for garnish).
Cover the dip, and chill for 2 hours.
Scrape the dip into the hollowed out bread bowl. Serve with pieces of bread, crackers, veggies or whatever else you like!
Notes
Choose a round loaf of bread with a sturdy crust, like sourdough. Slice off the top of a loaf of bread and pull out the interior, to create a bowl shape. Cut the pieces you removed into bite size chunks that can be used for dipping.
