Ingredients

pure maple syrup

peeled fresh ginger

freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Discard the ginger piece and serve hot with fresh pancakes, waffles or french toast.
