Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent dough, lay it on a work surface and brush it with mustard. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two skinnier triangles.
Place one frank on each wide end of the dough, then roll up and arrange on prepared sheet in two concentric circles, making sure the dough on both circles touches.
Combine the melted butter with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture on the pigs in blankets. Bake until golden brown, 18 to 22 minutes. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
