Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a large zip freezer bag. Trim the fat and silverskin from the tenderloins and add to the bag. Marinate for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight).
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 450℉. Place the tenderloins on a foil-lined roasting pan. Bake about 25 minutes, or until the temperature inside reaches 145℉.
Notes
Try adding a little freshly grated ginger to the marinade.
