Blue Cheese Steak Sauce
Blue cheese steak sauce made with butter and crumbled blue cheese. A quick, creamy topping that adds bold flavor to grilled steak.

cup (1 stick)
salted butter

crumbled blue cheese

tablespoons
chopped chives
(can sub shallots)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Blend well but do not boil.
When ready to serve, cover steaks with lots of freshly ground pepper and drizzle blue cheese sauce on top.
Notes
Use low heat to prevent separation
Choose blue cheese based on flavor preference
Serve immediately for best texture
Pairs best with hot steak
