Hoisin and Lime Marinated Grilled Chicken
Hoisin & Lime Marinated Grilled Chicken

EASY to make, and wonderful flavor. Turns out very moist too.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
8 cloves garlic, minced
6 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halvesDirections:
1. Combine hoisin sauce, ginger, and next 5 ingredients (though garlic) in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
Tips:
*Also good sliced and tossed in salad.
