Grilled Teriyaki Flank Steak

2 pounds flank steak
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 green onion, finely chopped
1. Combine flank steak with all other ingredients in a large freezer zip bag. Marinate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
2. Heat grill and barbecue steak until desired doneness.
3. Cut steak against the grain in long strips.
