Grilled Teriyaki Flank Steak


GRILLED TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK

2 lbs flank steak
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup soy sauce
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs fresh grated ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 green onion, finely chopped

1. Combine flank steak with all other ingredients in a large freezer ziploc baggie. Marinate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

2. Heat grill and barbecue steak until desired doneness.

3. Cut steak against the grain in long strips.
