Glazed Canadian Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 pound Canadian bacon roast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Rinse the bacon roast and pat dry. Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the roast. Place on roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
- In small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce. Brush mixture evenly over roast.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until thermometer registers 140 degrees F. Cut into thin slices and serve.
