Cranberry Mimosas

Yield: 12 servings

Prep Time: 15 min

Great holiday morning drink! We had these on Christmas morning as we were opening gifts and everyone wanted a second one (and a third!) Big hit!

Ingredients:

4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
4 cups orange juice
2 (750 ml.) bottles Champagne, chilled
12 slices fresh orange, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Fill twelve 12-ounce glasses with ice; pour 1/3 cup cranberry juice into each glass. Top each serving with 1/3 cup orange juice and about 1/2 cup Champagne. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.

My husband & I REALLY loved these. We drank them all day long on Christmas. Can’t wait to share this with the rest of the family.

Can you use a different liquor instead of champagne? It wouldn’t be a mimosa, but I can’t tolerate champagne.

      Cranberry mixed with sparkling water?

Vodka is an alternative to the champagne.
