Cranberry Mimosas

Cranberry Mimosas
Yield: 12 servings

Great holiday morning drink! We had these on Christmas morning as we were opening gifts and everyone wanted a second one (and a third!) Big hit!
Ingredients:
4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
4 cups orange juice
2 (750 ml.) bottles Champagne, chilled
12 slices fresh orange, for garnish (optional)Directions:
Fill twelve 12-ounce glasses with ice; pour 1/3 cup cranberry juice into each glass. Top each serving with 1/3 cup orange juice and about 1/2 cup Champagne. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.

Can you use a different liquor instead of champagne? It wouldn’t be a mimosa, but I can’t tolerate champagne.

Vodka is an alternative to the champagne.
