Happy Thanksgiving to my American readers!  I hope you’ll be eating your way through the most delicious turkey ever, but please save some of it for leftovers.  Here are a few recipes that utilize leftover turkey meat in a most delicious way, and many of them are gluten-free adaptable 🙂

    The enchiladas are hands-down my favorite leftover turkey recipe I’ve ever eaten. I had a baby last week, and they were one of the freezer meals I made with turkey leftover from an early Thanksgiving dinner. The soup looks really good, too. Maybe I’ll try that one next year — I’m not in charge of food this time around.

    The pies look delicious! I made turkey croque monsieurs with my leftover this year. I will try the your pies next!
