Cool for a few minutes, and then move to a rack to cool completely.

Ingredients
- One 15.25-ounce box lemon cake mix
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well-combined.
- Shape the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, 2-inches apart. Use the bottom of a glass to press down on each ball to flatten.
- Bake 9 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown at the edges. Cool for a few minutes, and then move to a rack to cool completely.
