Barbecued Pork Chops
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 whole boneless loin chops (about 1 1/2 pounds total)Directions:
1. Preheat grill or broiler.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Remove 1/4 cup of the sauce to a small bowl and set aside.
3. Combine thyme, garlic salt and red pepper; sprinkle over chops. Place chops on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; cook 6 minutes per side, basting with the remaining sauce. After cooking, let rest 5 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce (heated).
