Hot Butterscotch Sauce

HOT BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE

1 cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup half and half cream
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs light corn syrup

1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Heat to boiling, stirring often until thick, smooth and bubbly.

2. Serve hot, drizzled over your favorite dessert.
