Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe that has only 5 ingredients.
This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house. And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook. How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you? Yes. Very cool, indeed!

My go to weeknight meal is a meat sauce using a pound of ground beef, crumbled and browned, mixed with a jar of pasta sauce and a few extra spices added in. All served over whole wheat pasta!
Meatloaf muffins are definitely my go to easy weeknight meal! And it makes great leftovers for lunch the next day too 😉
One of my families favorite quick night meals is this delicious chicken dish:
Pound thin 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, place in baking pan and cover each chicken with a slice of Swiss cheese. In a bowl, combine a can of cream of chicken soup with white wine or chicken stock. Your looking for a gravy consistency that you like. Pour over the chicken. Next, in a bowl place an amount you desire, of stovetop stuffing mix. Wet this with chicken stock. Place stuffing on top of the chicken and gravy. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through.
My quick dinner meal? Scrambled eggs and veggies! Breakfast for dinner is always quick, easy and delicious, plus I am a huge egg lover!
My favorite go-to meal is chicken tacos. I love my slow cooker too and am excited to try the slow cooker lasagna!
Our favorite quick weeknight dinner is Italian Sausage on the grill or homemade corned beef hash using cooked corned beef from the deli.
My favorite quick and easy weeknight meal (aside from defrosting leftovers!) is definitely “breakfast for dinner”–I will be perfectly content eating a tomato, turkey, and broccoli omelet with cheese even if it’s 7 at night. 🙂
Thanks for this recipe!
Love the idea of a slow cooker lasagna, and have been REALLY loving the idea of this cookbook ever since I first heard about it on Twitter. My favorite go-to meal is probably any type of stir-fry. So easy to customize based on what you have in the house.
Either homemade ABC soup or Chicken Taco.
My go to is always something Mexican–tacos or chicken fajitas. Always a crowd pleaser!
Always spaghetti… I need help!
my favorite go-to weeknight meal is a roasted chicken. It’s so easy to throw it in the oven; and then there’s always enough meat left over to make a whole different chicken dish another night that week.
I love a good, hearty, lasagna. Great recipe!
My quick night meal is tuna burgers. Easy and tasty, too. Tuna mixed with some mayo, pickle relish and shredded cheese spread on either bread or buns and toasted in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
My go to meal is BBQ Naan Pizza. The hubby LOVES it and in 15 minutes its done!
Chili!! With all the toppings and cornbread on the side…or on the chili!!
I usually make spaghetti or have soup and grilled cheese.
We like to do make your own pizzas. We use refrigerated pizza dough and pile on whatever toppings each of us likes. Takes about 15 minutes total cooking time and everyone gets what they want.
My quick weeknigh meal is a Mexican omelet. The filling is salsa, cheese, black beans, and diced onion. It goes together quickly and has great flavor.
A very simple pasta primavera – pasta with garlic, butter & EVOO, lemon, and whatever veggies I have: usually some cherry tomatoes, etc.
This sounds like a great cook book, my go to meal depends on when I get home from work, leftovers or sometimes “breakfast” food!!!
scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, and onions.
My favorite weeknight meal is probably stuffed turkey rolls with green beans. However, this sounds like it might be right up there. I hate boiling lasagna noodles so this is perfect!
I usually just throw together a quick salad or pasta dish. I love this idea for using the slow cooker!
My avorite go-to, quick weeknight meal is ice cream and twinkies.
Kidding 🙂
But I do have a slow cooker collecting dust and I’d love to win the book. And Matt photographed it…Love that!
