Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe that has only 5 ingredients.
This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house. And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook. How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you? Yes. Very cool, indeed!

tacos. they seem to be the quickest for me & always have everything on hand!
This DOES look so great for those busy weeknights! Excited to try this!
My favorite go to meal would be eggs and bacon.
My favorite quick meal is always turkey tacos. I could eat tacos every day, so I at least need to have them once a week. And using ground turkey instead of hamburger makes me feel a little less guilty 🙂
Chili in the crockpot.
Quick fish fillets in the oven. They cook so fast with minimal prep work. Serve some veggies on the side and maybe some rice and you can have dinner on the table in 20 minutes.
I am doing this this weekend!
We love breakfast tacos when we need a quick yummy meal. That lasagna is going on my list though! Yum!
pizza!
My favorite easy, go-to weeknight meal would be homemade pizza! I always have some sort of tomato sauce and cheese on hand, and there’s always an assortment of veggies in the house. All I need to do is pick up the pizza dough at the store!
Definitely spaghettii, sauce, and garlic bread.
If we are in a hurry we usually make some kind of pasta.
I’d say a big salad, breakfast, or slow-cooker pulled pork/chicken!
Nothing like a fast chicken and veggie stir-fry on a busy weeknight!
My favorite weeknight dish is Spicy Italian Sausage with Capers over Penne Pasta
Bring Water to Boil Put Pasta (1 box) on to cook (undercook by 2 mintues)
In another pot bring enought water to cover 1 lb Italian Sausage links ( I use sweet so I can make as hot as I like) to a boil, turn down and simmer for 20 minutes Drain and cut sausage in coins, in same pan add 2 tbs olive oil when oil is hot add sausage coins,1/8 red pepper flakes (more if you like it hotter) and 3 cloves of garlic minced
Cook until sausage is browned/crispy. Add 1 jar of Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo. Toss in cooked pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Add 1 ½ Tbls Capers and serve Big hit for my family I serve with a side salda
Serves 4
My favorite quick go-to meal is oven baked salmon, with whole wheat couscous and some steamed veggies. It’s quick, easy, and healthy!
Beef or Chicken tacos out of the crockpot – just shred and eat!
My favourite weeknight supper is grilled salmon with steamed veggies (whatever is in the fridge). I am going to try your slow cooked lasagna though – looks great!
My favorite weeknight dish is meatloaf, made on the weekend and popped into the oven later in the week.
Turkey Meatloaf is my go to meal! I love making a healthy version of meatloaf with ground turkey…usually have dinner on the table in 1 hour 🙂
My go-to meal is Tacos, they are so simple yet so yummy!
Taco soup
1 can chick broth
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can refried beans
Is the basic recipe–then add what you want–
beef, corn, peppers or sour cream.
It was originally a low cal recipe!
My go to meals tend to be breakfast foods, like french toast or pancakes, since we always have that stuff on hand.
Burritos
I make a Buffalo Shrimp that is super simple and fast. Just put melt butter and Red Hot in a pot throw in some frozen shrimp. It takes about 10-15 minutes to cook, with just an occasional stir) then all you need is some blue cheese for dipping and if we’ve got it, some celery or salad. It’s a hit in my house so it’s on heavy rotation, usually on nights with no time to really prepare anything.
