Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe that has only 5 ingredients.
This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house. And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook. How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you? Yes. Very cool, indeed!

A favorite go to, quick dinner in my home is “Brinner”. My kiddos LOVE having breakfast for dinner 🙂
When I buy ground beef, I always cook it before I freeze it for fast dinners. Two easy meals in the crockpot, is throw frozen cooked ground beef in the crockpot with all the fixens for chili. The other is, throw in the frozen ground beef with a package of onion soup mix, can of cr. of mush soup frozen veggies, and frozen french fries. My kids love it. I would love to win this cookbook. Usually I’ll grill up some chicken or make sloppy joes or if I really can’t think and need something quick, it’s breakfast for dinner.
Grilled paninis are fast and friendly on a busy weeknight!
Spaghetti!
We’ve been doing homemade chicken and noodles. I start the chicken in my slow cooker in the morning and finishing up is a breeze in the evening (takes 20 minutes maybe). And the plus is my house smells so good.
My kids love my version of chili Mac with black beans, ground turkey, tomatoes, corn and macaroni noodles.
Tortallini Soup is fast and easy.
We love crescent roll wrap-ups with soup or salad.
Pancakes!!
My favorites are shrimp tacos or chicken Caesar wraps. That lasagna looks great. Making it this weekend.
One of my frozen lean quisine pizza’s!
Unfortunately, my true go-to weeknight meal is something from the freezer or take out. I keep saying that I am going to start putting dinner in the crockpot before I leave for work, so maybe this book will help me attain that goal!
An home made mac & cheese, with lots of frozen veggies (macédoine) cooked with the pasta served with an old cheddard and a hint of paprika in the sauce : my little kids loves it and it takes about the time the noodles cooks…
Our favorite quick weeknight meal is “Taco Night” which we have once a week. The slow cooker lasagna looks awesome. Hope I win!
My go to meal is usually tacos. I pretty much always have the ingredients on hand and they are so simple and quick to throw together
When I am in a rush, I like to make breakfast for dinner… Bacon and Eggs… Delicious!
Chocolate chip pancakes… and a long list of others, but this one is quick, easy and I double it and throw 1/2 individually in the freezer for a quick snack or single meal. Better than the frozen hockey pucks you pay three times the price for…
My favorite go to meal is grilled cheese and tuna with hot tomato soup for a side. So Yummy! 🙂
One of my favorite weeknight meals is tortilla soup. It’s a quick and delicious meal!
