Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe that has only 5 ingredients.
This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house. And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook. How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you? Yes. Very cool, indeed!

I LOVE my slowcooker! But my fav go to weeknight meal is pizza. We throw all the crust ingredients into the bread machine and go for a walk while the dough is rising. For toppings? Leftovers! Our favorites are pulled pork pizza, bbq chicken pizza, taco pizza and meatloaf pizza.
My favorite go to meal would either have to be pesto pasta or tacos.
Quesadillas made with the flax tortillas!

Taco salad!
My husband and I are new to this, as we have been married only 3 months, but so far, our favorite go-to meals are nachos (ground beef with taco seasoning, yellow rice and cheese served with tortilla chips), and spaghetti with ground turkey in the sauce with garlic toast.
Our go-to dinner is french dip sandwiches and chips or fries
My weekly go-to dinner: California Burritos. Flour tortillas stuffed with refried beans, Spanish rice, low-fat cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Topped with low-fat sour cream, salsa, and a black olive. 🙂
Spaghetti with chicken sausage.
Pizza….pick up some dough and the other ingredients are usually in pantry and refrigerator. The best part, everyone eats it, so no complaints!

Grilled cheese. Can’t wait to try this lasagana! Thanks!
I make pasta sauce in huge batches and freeze it in 3 cup containers (enough for a pound of pasta when thinned with a little pasta water). I also make meatballs, bake them off and freeze them in ziploc bags. During the week, I start boiling pasta, thaw a container of sauce in a saucepan, and once it’s unfrozen, throw a few frozen meatballs in to heat up. it all winds up being ready at the same time, depending on what type of pasta you use 🙂
