Unsure if the comment I made was sent or not. 2nd attempt: long story shortened, I moved to Colorado 3 years ago and I now have to adjust recipes for the altitude (6,801 above sea level) there is not a one adjustment fits all. My first above sea level cookie recipe was a total (expensive) disaster! Same with my cake experience. I checked the ‘cake boxes’at the store to find adjustments so now at least cakes aren’t a problem
