Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe that has only 5 ingredients.
This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house. And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook. How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you? Yes. Very cool, indeed!

My favorite to go is Chicken and rice in the crockpot. Takes about 5 minutes to prepare; when you get home the meal is done and only one pot to clean:) Thanks for this give-a-way!
Spaghetti is so easy that it is my favorite fast “go to” meal.
Breakfast for Dinner
cook ground turkey
add: scallions
spinach
mushrooms
(any vegetable)
stir until cooked
add egg whites
stir until cooked
top with reduced fat cheddar and cover until melted.
15 minutes tops – healthy, easy and delicious!
Pulled Pork or baked ziti!! My kids love it. No fuss no muss. Anything that has me more organized when I get home from work, I appreciate.
The lasagna looks great….will have to give it a go.
I hate to admit it, but our easy go-to meal is either a salad or a coldcuts and cheese (or PB&J) sandwich. But my favorite crock pot meal is a chicken fiesta soup that is SO yummy. I defrost all the ingredients in my crock pot over night, so the acidity of the tomatoes can really tenderize the chicken. Then I turn it on low in the morning before work, and when I come home my crock pot has been cooking all day to make me a warm, healthful meal! And it’s ready for me with no additional prep!! And then my husband and I can eat on it for a week! (It makes a lot!!) Thanks for the giveaway. :]
I always make spaghetti if I’m really busy in the evenings.
Our favorite is spaghetti! easy, quick and so good!
My go to dinner is usually either spaghetti or beef and bean burritos. I love using my slow cooker especially in the fall and winter.
I do a lot of make ahead meals, so my favorite quick weeknight meal is anything I can pull out of the freezer and either throw in the oven or reheat.
I would say either Roast or Chalupa. Both can be thrown in frozen into the crockpot that morning and come out fabulous, not tasting effortless at all! 🙂 Thanks for the giveaway! ~Tabitha
The crockpot is my friend! I love having a chicken cooking away with potatoes and carrots for an instant supper after a busy day! Close seconds would be a lasagna casserole dish, or breakfast foods for supper.
My go-to would probably be some sort of pasta. Or breakfast for dinner!
This lasagna looks delicious!
Pork chops with sliced potatoes and onions baked in foil packets in the oven with butter and Morton’s Nature’s Seasons.
used my slow cooker this week to make super easy Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers! delicious!
I LOVE my slow cooker! I use it every couple of weeks. My go-to is a chicken taco stew recipe that is loaded with beans, corn, tomatoes and chicken. Everyone who has eats it asks for the recipe. It’s so easy! You throw everything in the slow cooker before you leave for work, come home and your meal is ready. I also love this stew because you can easily add your own variations and it’s low calorie, low fat and high fiber. Thanks for the slow cooker recipe! I’ll probably try it this weekend!
My favorite weeknight dinner is either tacos or pasta. I can have both on the table in 20 minutes and my kids love them!
My favorite go-to is actually a slow cooker meal…place 2 frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot, top with 2 cans black beans (juice and all), 1/2 cup brown rice, and all topped with 16 oz salsa of choice. Cook on low for 6-8 hours—so good! Top with cheese, more salsa, guac or even put it in a tortilla!
Love it Lori!! ….and thanks for reminding me I have to shoot my video Monday, lol! Have a great day!
Go to meal? That would be whatever meat I have left in the fridge sauteed in a skillet with taco seasoning and sliced onions and bell peppers for a fajita. Yum.
My favorite go-to easy dinner is my One Pot Spaghetti. Delish and easy! The cookbook sounds great!
My go to weeknight meal pretty simple….roasted chicken breast with some kind of roasted veggies.
Chicken wraps are our easy weeknight go to meal. The kids can add whatever they like to them so everyone is happy 🙂
My go to supper is penne arrabiata. I love marinara sauce with a kick and pasta is so easy to whip up!
If I’m alone my favorite quick go-to meal is a tuna melt and it has to include fresh onion after melting it. If the family is home and since neither will go NEAR tuna, it’s gotta be what we consider American Chop Suey (or when I was a kid what we called “Slop” lol). Elbows, sauce and ground meat with some onion and pepper thrown in.
I’d have to say my go to supper is grilled chicken breast. It’s ready in minutes, which is important when I get home from work starving at 7:30! Then I cut it up and eat it in a salad, or make a sandwich out of it. Yum. 🙂
